It has been a while since one has been able to get a quality Kosher Chinese meal. Fortune has met that void since the closing of the once prominent Shang Chai in Brooklyn. The food is tasty, the employees and owner are quite friendly, and the food is prepared rapidly and fresh. My family and I generally get their food at least once per week and have yet to be disappointed. With the generous portions there are usually leftovers as well!!!!
